2024 - PresentSenior Design Manager, Demand Experience & Supply and SaaS OperationsIn addition to leading design and product strategy across Corporate Solutions, my role expanded and I was given the responsibility of our Supply and SaaS Operations department. This includes the following products and experiences:- Delivery and fulfillment excellence- New Integration technology- ezManage (Restaurant management software)- Promotions and Marketing Programs- MSI (full-suite B2B catering management solution)2022-2024 Senior Design Manager, Corporate Solutions- Led design strategy of Relish, a recurring meal program for companies. This includes Relish’s orderer apps, desktop experience, Relish’s Administrative desktop experience, and Supply Partner desktop experience.- Grew, managed and coached 6 squads, including a team of 4 product designers, 1 content designer, and 3 researchers. - Instrumental in the validation of the need for meal cards. Used research to influence halting the project due to limited need from our current customers based on our use cases. This saved our company +$3M.- 0-1 launch of both corporate administrative tools for both Relish and ezCater. These tools gave ezCater’s admins the flexibility and functionality to manage all orders, employees, and schedule for their company.- Spearheaded the transition from our Recipe design system to a new more flexible, efficient (speed to build), consistent and WCAG 2.2 AA compliant design system that was founded on an open contribution model.

I have been mentoring and coaching individuals transitioning from their old careers into a career in UX Design through a UX Bootcamp. I am also a career coach to help those new UX Designers try and land their first design opportunity.

In 2024, the UX team won Best UX Design of the Year. Led creative team in research, design and development or a digital banking and investing app for teens and parents.• Increased design and development efficiency by establishing a Design System that embraces a scalable, intuitive and modern approach.• Established an innovation and prioritization strategy plan for prioritizing business-driven ideas and refinement of current product based on user insights, product growth data and Net Promoter Score results.• Led and mentoring designers and marketing specialists through best practices and new trends within the financial industry. • Built Copper’s first investing product from the ground up. Conducted research and testing to come up with a solution for easing teens into investing with education to build confidence prior to trading. • Grew Copper’s user-base from 300,000 to over 900,000 teens and parents in just 6 months.

• Led and mentored Schwab’s Innovation Accelerator design team. Developed and coaching individuals on the agile and design best practices as well as Schwab’s product development lifecycle.• Built weekly design critiques and trainings to increase proficiency and defined strategy for career growth and development for designers.• A leader and coach on Schwab’s Design Thinking/ The Way We Work team. Increased the adoption rate of design thinking and innovation to be scaled across Schwab teams.• Taught and trained over 200 individuals in design thinking practices to both UX department and non-UX internal Schwab teams. Collaborated with innovation director to develop the design strategy for the 2020 roadmap. Innovation lab - Lead several cross-functional agile product teams to plan, design, build and test new product ideas. Built and lead the UX research and UX design teams for three new products. These products include exploring a financial planning and investing experience, creating a tool for document collaboration and building a social educational trading platform to promote more engagement within millennial investors.Digital Rep Solutions Team - Designed user interfaces leveraging Salesforce Lighting Design System to support new internal facing applications in Design Sprint development methodology.
