I have been working at an Holistic Veterinary Clinic a little of five years now. I could not even explain in a few sentences how much I have learned and witnessed in the past five years. I work as one of the main front receptionist and have also assisted the doctors and assisted in the room when needed. I have also prepared and sent out lab work. I was trained by my boss's daughter's which was most fortunate for me. I was trained and taught to learn how the doctors operate and what they want and expect done. I have taken the initiative to organize the front office and get things to a point that we run smoothly for the doctors, clients and patients. My love for animals started when I was just a little girl and they grew as I got older. By 8th grade I was volunteering and shadowing our Veterinarian, from there I entered high school and starting volunteering at animal shelters/rescues. Now my husband and I have a farm with five goats, six cows, donkey, barn/garage cat and two dogs. Some of our farm animals including our cat and two dogs are all rescues, we would take every homeless animals if we could. In the pat five years I have fostered and rescues ferrets, rabbits, prairie dogs, snakes and a coatimundi. As you can tell my love for animals has continued to grow throughout the years and I will continue to learn and excel in all I do.I am currently attending Unity College for Animal Health and Behavior, Associates Degree. I became a young mom and therefore my education was put on hold for several years. I am now taking online courses and enjoying learning as I go.
