Performed stress analysis for Airbus Single aisle A321 XLR wing development. Dimensionally analyzed wing ribs for gross weight increase to 101 tons. Used company methods to obtain internal rib loads and stresses.• Dimensionally analyzed wing ribs for ISAMI input decks. Ran and troubleshoot ISAMI issues to obtain internal rib loads and stresses.• Ran load files to get discrete fuel pressure loads from dry bay structure. Created loads input deck for ISAMI.

Performed fuselage structural analysis for special mission modifications to meet customer mission requirements, including:• Structural analysis for B300/B300C King Air Extended Nose. Performed analysis using legacy methods for shear, tension, buckling on stringers, frames, skins, and stringer splice analysis. Reviewed production Quality Nonconformance notifications. Closely coordinated repairs with production mechanics and management, including bi-weekly status meetings. Nonconformance issues included all parts of the production process from detail parts, heat treat/process, metal bond, composite bond, subassemblies, airframe assembly, systems issues, and flight test issues. • Primary engineering support contact for initial production of Model 700 (Longitude). Review repairs and processes to improve quality, efficiency and turn time. Evaluate engine components, customer specifications, inventory standards, and/or FAA/EASA regulations and/or approved technical data to determine reparability of these components. Generate all engineering documentation and define work scope necessary to complete overhaul of engine component repair and to perform new repairs.
