Helping companies adapt to a faster more complex technology environment.Most of my engagements are about enterprises trying to create and run agile, intelligent business applications. Doing more with less is a key success factor and this means full utilization of modern hardware and software architectures.I focus on Oracle Cloud (PaaS) and Tech platforms (applications/security/identity/content/mobility), it is the only platform stack available from any vendor that provides a complete, open, and integrated approach across enterprise, social, mobile, and cloud technologies.

• Assigned the role of Team lead- this involved mentoring new members of the team, assisting new members with on boarding process, acting as an advocate for the team providing team feedback to management, assisting with coaching for all team members.- In addition to these responsibilities, in Manager’s absence, take charge of the team in a managerial capacity, reporting directly to key stakeholders ie, marketing, Director, Sales managers. Responsible for team forecasts, and following up with progression of these predictions to ensure Team target was met.• CIT manager. Managed two Customer Intelligence Representatives who had been assigned to the team. This involved delivering training for the CITs, setting targets, managing workloads and capacity planning, all of which enabled Reps to work consistently and efficiently within targets. This in turn allowed the efficient execution of Campaigns such as Global marketing campaigns and Sales initiatives ensuring that team stakeholders felt confident in execution of said campaigns.

• Creating opportunities, pipeline and revenue across the Oracle Core Technology, Middleware and Business Intelligence portfolio in the UK & Ireland through a combination of both outbound and inbound activity. • Worked successfully with Inside and Field sales representatives on campaigns aimed at driving new business, and developing pipeline within existing accounts.• Worked closely with marketing, providing pre call outs for events, and also following up on events such as Workshops, Developer days etc, in order to create pipeline.- In this role it was very important to mention that work had to be completed within a strict SLA when dealing with the Marketing leads, accepting, working and converting the leads within a specific time frame- consistently met and exceeded on these targets.
