As covid rages and we all struggle to make sense of the challenges and changes, I’ve decided to reopen my coaching practice. I semi-retired in 2018 after 30 years as consultant, coach and trainer working with individuals, teams and organizations to promote organization excellence and individual mastery. I now seek coaching clients who are struggling with change and who wish to use these unusual circumstances to examine what is important and make life choices that fit with vision and values. I work best with people who have their own drive to excel and look to their coach to help focus their energy to achieve personal and business goals. In addition to my years of coaching and consulting through Smyth Management Resources, I also coached in partnership with Right Management, Blue Harbor CPI, and was a coaching preferred provider with Proctor and Gamble and Cincinnati Children’s. Consulting clients have include Procter and Gamble, General Cable, Prudential, Exxon, American Water, American Financial, Macy's, Cinfed Credit Union, L'Oreal, Mead Paper, University of Cincinnati, TriHealth, AQP, Cincinnati Opera, The Alcoholism Council, Cognis, N. Ky Health Department, Metropolitan Sewer District, Montreal Neurological Institute, Union Central Insurance and Investments, and others. Sample Consulting/Training Projects: At General Cable, I helped redesign the training curriculum for North America, trouble shot with teams in several plants, assist in the Green Belt training and teach Increasing Personal Effectiveness throughout the company. At Macy's, I help teams with specific challenges face their issues and move to a higher level of functioning. At The Alcoholism Council I facilitated the Senior Leadership team in strategy development and implementation as well as with their team building.
