As a bartender, I was responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. My nightly tasks included: preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, and interacting with guests to ensure a positive experience. I maintained a clean and organized bar area, managed stock levels, and ensured all health and safety standards were met.I worked closely with the team to ensure smooth operations, handled cash and credit transactions, and contributed to creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

I was a part of Prisma Rauta Pori (previously Kodin Terra) team. Working in the construction goods business with both B2B and B2C clients provided me invaluable knowledge. I was part of a team and we were responsible for a wide range of tasks, such as customer service and sales. I interacted with both companies and individual customers, offering solutions that were customized to fit their unique requirements. In addition, I handled the preparation and delivery of orders as well as warehouse operations. I was also creating orders and processing transactions as a cashier.

As part of a dedicated team of five, I managed a fast-paced, high-responsibility role that involved overseeing the care and well-being of 40 horses, both at home and at shows. My responsibilities included everything from daily grooming, riding, and maintaining stables to scheduling the horses’ routines, managing their health care, and preparing them for competitions.I was entrusted with managing my own tasks while coordinating with my team to ensure all responsibilities were covered. This role taught me invaluable skills in time management, task prioritization, and effective scheduling. The fast-paced nature of the job honed my ability to stay organized under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.I developed leadership and team management skills by helping to coordinate and lead activities within the stable. I learned the importance of clear communication, delegation, and collaboration in a team environment to ensure smooth operations.This experience significantly enhanced my leadership, management, and organizational abilities, skills that are transferable to many other high-pressure and team-oriented roles.

I worked for the 4-H Federation as a summer camp instructor and as an instructor for a Pony Club, where I was in charge of the education and supervision of eight kids ages four to twelve. I developed my inclusion and negotiation skills in these jobs, making sure that every child felt included and respected. In addition, I became very focused on getting ready and kept a close eye on security measures, putting the safety of everyone first and providing an engaging and enlightening experience.
