While most of my peers were delivering newspapers, I was diving into the world of online blogging. By the age of 13, I had launched my own blog, writing about computers, gadgets, and the internet. What began as a simple hobby gradually became a small source of income through a few ad placements and occasional sponsored content.My curiosity for web development grew as I spent countless hours refining my blog’s design and functionality. By 17, I had turned this passion into a legitimate business, offering freelance web development services to companies across Denmark. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for my academic journey, culminating in a Multimedia Design & Communication degree and a Bachelor of Science in Web Development.Today, as a Customer Success Manager, I combine my technical background with a deep understanding of user experience to ensure that my customers thrive. My role involves being the go-to person for my clients, helping them navigate our MarTech SaaS product to achieve their goals.
