I used all my influence skills and resource planning knowledge to deliver the project on time and within budget for Lend Lease.Project Scope:The Facilities Management function of LEND LEASE was sold to Cofely-GDF Suez. All LLFM services and staff required migrating onto Cofely provided infrastructure. All LEND LEASE provided system had to be either decommissioned or migrated. The transfer of equipment, services, support and personnel covered over 40 sites with up to 500 staff.
