I love technology, engineering, innovation, and continual education. I can't get enough of learning how things work and constantly expanding my knowledge and understanding. I am currently working at Ancestry as a Software Engineer in Test. It is a fast paced and high energy environment. I am responsible for bringing automated tests to a front-end marketing team In 2013 I graduated from the University of Utah with my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. During my time at the university I worked at the Utah Nanofab as a Lab Technician. I value that time learning about Nanofabrication technologies and basic engineering skills. After graduation I began working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at InMoment, which at the time was Mindshare. I learned what makes a good test and how to creatively approach a testing scenario. I then moved to working as a Software Engineer in Test.
