Our team is responsible for the reliability, performance, and scalability of Zendesk's flagship product, Zendesk Support, and its deployment in many regions around the world. We work with feature development teams from across the company to ensure that the "core" developer platform that feature APIs are built on top of are resilient and performant for our end-users. We are contributors to a Ruby on Rails application, and manage cloud computing infrastructure, leveraging Kubernetes in Amazon WebServices. As our business and customer traffic continues to scale year over year, so do the responsibilities for our Operations team.
