My role in the St. Norbert Fund was to reach out and connect with St. Norbert community members such as alumni and parents of the college. I received a 6 hour training session, guiding us on proper ways to navigate through a phone conservation with prospects. Learning the invaluable lesson of building rapport, then following that up with formal request to receive a donation directly funding the SNC community.
