I am thrilled to announce that I have recently joined the Outlook Group as an HR trainee, focusing on talent acquisition, strategic thinking, and learning and development. This new role will allow me to work with a talented team of HR professionals, while also contributing to the company's overall success.As a talent acquisition specialist, I will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization. I will also be leveraging my strategic thinking skills to align the company's talent acquisition strategy with its overall business objectives.In addition, my role as an HR trainee will be centered around Learning and Development. I will be designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, helping them to grow in their careers and contribute to the success of the company.I am excited to be a part of an organization that values its employees and promotes a culture of continuous learning and development. o Responsible for Taking classes of B.SC Interior Design Students o Taught subjects of design studio and construction techniques and building materials o Responsible for preparing E-content of subject materials, academic year activity list and question paper o Worked on subject allocation to other teachers and higher management

o Site Visits, Client meeting o Co-ordination with design team and Site supervisor and engineers o Labour and vendor management o Regular follow ups and keeping the project on track, setting project time line o Excel documentation
