Thesis on "Investigating interacting partners of an E-3 Ubiquitin ligase in rice by Yeast-Two-Hybrid Library screening".The research carried out at the institute encompassed the use of molecular and microbiological techniques to screen out the possible interactors of the target geneusing a Gal4 based two hybrid system, amplification of the positive interactors by using colony PCR as well as sequencing and identification of the viable interactors found.

Worked on different techniques required for the isolation and characterization of the fungal isolate.Worked on extraction and identification of various phytochemicals from different parts of the plant Camellia sinensis.

Submitted the project titled : Are we ready for Lab-Grown Meat? : A research on social acceptance of Cultured meat in Urban settlements of India.The study was based on a survey of small sample size belonging majorly to an urban settlement aimed at assessing their opinion on cultured meat and the probable factors which can function as a model for further assessment at a larger scale for a complete holistic analysis.
