I have worked as the co-lead for Project Gudiya, which is an ongoing project of Sarkari School, a budding think tank that functions under the aegis of We Citizens Foundation. As a part of project Gudiya I had the opportunity to observe the educational sector of our country from the closest quarters. In the short span of three months, we hosted multiple seminars and events to create more discourse on crucial topics concerning educational development in India.Currently, I am functioning as the head of the Policy Manthan, an initiative undertaken by the Policy and Advocacy Team of Sarkari School. The Policy Manthan functions with weekly sessions which uphold various crucial and critical topics concerning girl child education, development, and safety. The objective of this initiative is to create more constructive discourse and bring positive reforms in the form of effective policy implementation and policy reforms.

Working as a junior Research Associate intern at Legacy Research Solutions helped me learn the basics of quantitative and qualitative research from the very basics.During my internship with Legacy Research Solutions, I also got the opportunity to delve deeper into the world of content research and contribute to the curation and delivery of impactful insights and content to its clients.
