Shift2Prosperity was a small business founded by yours truly. I worked with small businesses and individual clients by providing them integral tools to manage and reduce stress related to their workplace, family and financial situations, as well working to break the cycles of stress, anxiety, and depression.In this work, I worked with clients in one on one sessions and led individual courses and trainings for small businesses. I also authored a weekly newsletter that reached over 500 subscribers, where I provide suggestions and methods for companies to become more human, and humans to be more agile, and resilient.
