- Liaise with the local council for all construction permits- Preliminary design drafting for client approval- Residential development projects, extensions, studios and granny flats

- Prepare construction drawings for residential & commercial projects- Design and prepare working drawings of extensions, granny flats, and studios- Presentation drawings for brochures and client approval- Review and approve working drawings- Liaise with site supervisors, senior draftsperson, and consultants

- Prepare construction drawings from initial stages through to completion- Ensure completeness and consistency with applicable building codes, developer guidelines, and company standards- Visit as constructed and sites under construction to ensure compliance with the latest released version of working drawings- Communicate with site manager regarding site minutes to rectify any site issues and report design manager- Work on regular product improvements and sales kits maintenance activities- Liaise with senior designer, design manager and external stakeholders such as constructionmanager, tradesmen and site supervisors for timely completion of design changes

- Active involvement at all stages of the project from initial client brief through to completion- Prepare concept drawings, 3D views using Sketch-up and presentations for client meetings- Prepare construction documentation as per internal processes- Complete, approve and release all the working drawings- Liaise with project team members, draftsmen, contractors, developers and clients

- Accurately prepare and modified construction drawings and details as required across variousstages of construction- Provide design inputs and review the design output of internal team members and also anoutsourcing team based in Vietnam- Go through sales documentation to ensure compliance with developer guidelines,Res codes and company standards- Liaise with sales team for approval on projects and prepare project specifications as per client’sneeds.- Work autonomously as well as with the team and suggest design improvements

- Active involvement at all stages of the project from initial client brief through to delivery of theproject- Prepare concept drawings, 3D views using Sketch-up and presentation for client meetings- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation as per internal processes- Complete, approve and release all the working drawings- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and present layout plans, details and walkthrough- Liaise with project team members, draftsmen, contractors, developers and clients
