As a researcher at NIT Durgapur, I work on various projects related to cancer biology, molecular biology, DNA repair mechanism, and protein-protein interactions. I have developed proficiency in cloning, RT-PCR CRISPR technology, DNA extraction, and cell biology techniques, molecular biology and have used them to study the effects of gene expression and site-directed mutagenesis on cancer cells.I am also a Ph.D. candidate in Biotechnology at the same institution, where I am conducting original research on the role of DNA damage response and repair pathways in carcinogenesis and therapy resistance. I have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented my findings at national and international conferences. I am motivated by the potential of biotechnology to improve human health and well-being, and I aspire to become a leading researcher and innovator in this field.
