 Performance and Compensation Management: • Responsible for Compensation distribution by ensuring the competitive salary breakup, market benchmarking, rationalization, normalization process, and computing performance linked bonuses.• Defining promotion framework and management of all recommended promotions within set guidelines • Bonus parameters & KRA setting for junior to mid-level cadre of employees• Query handling of employees on achievements calculation and explanation of bonus parameters/targets• Creating awareness amongst delivery heads on upcoming changes in appraisal console. Career Management: • Design the Career Landscape, doing the Job Role Mapping, and work with C&B team in designing Compensation Benchmarking for the assigned vertical within defined timeframe. Employee Connect and Conflict Management: • Responsible for planning employee connect sessions in order to handle the Grievances & Employee Separation process through Exit Discussions, Retention Management etc. Conducting skip level meetings, focused group discussions, HIPO connect and floor walks  Attrition Control: • Conduct Attrition Analysis on regular intervals with focus on retention of TOP rated performers. Succession Planning: • Drive Succession Planning process for the top fliers and ensure their development for the future leadership positions.  Employee Engagement and R&R: • Drive Employee Engagement activities to keep the employees engaged with organization and boost retention level. Motivate and retain HIPO employees through various engagement and R&R programs quarterly or annually. MIS: • Responsible for preparing HR dashboards, Exit Analysis, Trend Reports & Presentations, HR Analytics representing bell curve, HR operations etc. Initiatives: • Drive the key initiatives of organization through sessions, Regular Meetings and Regular Feedback. Conduct counseling sessions for managers about “Best HR Practices”.
