As a Process Manager in financial services, I am responsible for achieving day to day delivery requirements of the client. I have been working with the team for the past 4 years and I have enhanced my knowledge and skills in the various financial aspects. As a manager, I lead and manage a team of 15+ FTEs, organise motivational and team building activities and also caters the employee requirements. I see to it that the portfolio of the client we are working is well managed. Mainly, I look into the portfolio management of the client and day to day operations, categorise resources and develop effective plans for achieving the monthly SLA targets. I see it to it that our process requirements are catered to and if any process improvements or automation can be done. Have also received various awards for managing the team effectively.
