SVKM is a parent company for universities like NMIMS and colleges like Mithibai College, NM College, CNM School, J V Parekh International School etc. I handle the recruitment process of teachers and non-teaching candidates (end-to-end). Preparing the draft of the advert, screening, shortlisting selection and finalization of candidates. 2. Providing information about the compensation and benefits that is applicable to the teachers as well as non-teaching employees. Also ensuring that parity within that particular school is maintained. 3. On-boarding process of the teachers and non-teaching employees to their respective schools. (Mumbai, Shirpur and Dhule)4. Preparing various appointment letters for teaching and non-teaching employees of the school (JOB description is added in the appointment letter)5. Organised various training programmes for teacher and non-teaching employees of the school as per the training needs. 6. To do the monthly audit of attendance and leave rules of the schools which are handled by me with the help of the admin department of that particular school.7. Process all various other letters and documents like transfer, promotions, confirmation, probation or contract extensions, termination etc. 8. Responsible for placing before the HR Committee the data for Performance management process. 9. Regularly updating the companies’ policies and procedures as and when it is amended by the management. 10. Updating the employee data for the 11 schools that is handled by me (Mumbai Shirpur and Dhule)11. To attend to the various queries of employees and place it before the management and resolving them. 12. Drafting proposals & placing the same in the board meetings for management approvals13. Exit formalities handled.
