- Handling new enquiries and renewals of General Insurance Policies. - Administering Direct Client engagement and One-On-One Customer Service responsibilities. - Analyzing Client requirements and negotiating with Underwriters in coordination with Sales Representatives or clients directly for the appropriate and best suited insurance products - Preparing Slips with details provided by the client and by including the benefits required under the cover to arrange multiple quotations from the market- for both new enquiries and renewals. - Comparing the quotations received from different insurers and advising the client on the appropriate quote available according to their needs. - Sending renewal notices to the client prior to the renewal dates and corresponding with them to finalize renewals. - Booking & retaining all policies on an In-House software along with copies of valid policy documents, Invoices and other relevant data provided by the client. - Arranging and ensuring release of premiums from the client within the credit period provided. - Advising the insurers to pass endorsements for the alterations required during the policy period and providing the endorsement documents to the clients. - Arranging the certificates required by the client for contractual purposes. - Retaining good relationship with the clients and also with the insurers.
