Sneha Ganesh is an Analyst at MiQ, a leading marketing intelligence company that uses data science and analytics to help businesses grow. She joined MiQ after completing her internship with the Data Analytics and Insights Services team at Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS), where she learned and applied various Microsoft Power Suite tools, such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps, to design dashboards and deliver data insights to stakeholders. She is passionate about all things data and technology, and has a keen interest in digital media and retail analytics. She aspires to work as a data or product analyst in these fields, leveraging her triple major degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science. She is also an AWS Machine Learning Scholar and a recipient of the NIAS MAIYA fellowship by IISc, which demonstrate her aptitude and curiosity for constantly learning. Besides her technical skills, she is also a writer, a public speaker, and a career resource & soft skill trainer. She has published her first short story on Amazon, and has written several short stories and poems too. She has spoken at multiple forums and conferences, and has won various extempore, elocution, and debate contests as well. She loves connecting with new people and engaging in activities with a team. She has previously held leadership roles in several initiatives, such as the DigitALL marathon by Aspire For Her, a startup that aims to change the diversity equation of India by bringing more women to enter and persevere in the workforce, and the Grow with Google program. She has also worked on projects with leading companies, such as IBM, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Wipro, Barclays India, among others, during her tenure with Aspire For Her, where she lead the Alliances and Technology teams.
