I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from D.a.v Autonomous college in April 2023. During my final semester, I completed a four-month internship as an HR and Marketing Intern at smartkid.org, a non-profit organization that provides educational resources and opportunities for underprivileged children.As an HR and Marketing Intern, I managed various HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding, while also contributing to marketing efforts such as collateral creation and social media management. I demonstrated strong communication skills and gained a holistic understanding of organizational dynamics. I was motivated by the mission and vision of smartkid.org, and I enjoyed working with a diverse and passionate team. I learned how to apply my accounting and finance knowledge to HR and marketing tasks, and how to use Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis and create reports. I am eager to leverage my skills and experience to support the growth and impact of smartkid.org or a similar organization.
