Handles sales and service enquiries and related issues of the customers and follow up until sales and service connection to customer satisfaction.• Preparation of sales order, quotations, Purchase request, Production Order through SAP and calibration certificates for the equipments for the calibrationcompleted.• In charge of Payment collection based on the monthly target and quotation follow up for the repair, supply and service done.• Follow up customer calls where necessary and attending breakdown case without any delays.• Maintaining logs of activities and completed work. Creating and maintaining contact with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.• Submission of documents of new customer and registering with accounts.• Preparation and timely submission of new Annual Maintenance Contract and at the time of renewal.
