Snehal is a highly accomplished technology executive with a wealth of experience in product management, strategy, and operations. He has held senior positions at Google, Cisco, Boeing, and McKinsey & Company.In his current role as Director of Product Management at Google, Snehal is responsible for helping enterprise customers bring innovation to market more rapidly and securely run their enterprise workloads at scale across all environments (public cloud and hybrid). He leads initiatives to help customers run and manage business-critical workloads (e.g., AI/ML, Stateful) at scale, secure them with container security and compliance, and increase developer velocity with GitOps.Prior to joining Google, Snehal was responsible for Product Management, Strategy and Operations, and Customer Service (tier 3 escalations) for the Security Platform and Response business unit at Cisco. During his time at Cisco, he brought to market one of the first XDR platforms, which helped customers reduce their time to detection and remediation. He also transformed the endpoint business, driving high double-digit growth.As an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, Snehal assisted High-Tech and Aerospace companies transform their business performance by developing portfolio/product strategy and optimizing supply chain and execution. He was recognized as a top performer multiple times at McKinsey, ranking in the top 5-10% of consultants.At The Boeing Company, Snehal led a team of 125 product managers and engineers to develop and deliver communications systems designed to bring the Internet to the battlefield for the Department of Defense. He was recognized as one of Boeing's top 5% performers and received the Leadership Excellence Award, the Asian American Engineer of the Year for Boeing, and multiple site Engineer of the Year awards.Snehal is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
