Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements – to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs. Preparation of quotes for different Products like Pressure and Flow transmitters, Temperature transmitters, Level Transmitter. Offer customers a product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of technical specification, quality, price and delivery for range of products. Calculate accurate and competitive sales quotations and proposals, designs and technical documents to meet customer deadlines. Follow up quotations in a timely manner to secure profitable orders. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and business needs. Offer after-sales service and support to develop, grow long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Solve customer problems in terms of technical solutions. Responsible for preparing tenders of companies like IOCL, ONGC and Oil India Ltd as per tender RFQ, submit tender before deadline with proper technical selection. Analyze costs of sales, to be able to make informed pricing recommendations for core, new business opportunities and propositions in emerging markets.

 Responsible for proposal, estimation development cycle and coordinate with all internal stakeholders like Sale, Proposal, Delivery &Engineering. Selection of PLC & DCS (Plant PAX) as per memory size, I/O list, calculate I/O list from P&ID. Preparing costing, techno-Commercial offers along with detailed system architecture, if any 3rdparty integration required then specify with proper details to clients (ONGC, RCF, Lupin). Attending technical meetings, interacting with customer, conducting site survey, understanding customer requirements and give proper suggestion about systems.  Preparing proposal in all respects against enquiry including technical compliance, response documentation, scope of work. Preparing turnkey project proposal with complete verification of field instrument requirement, checking offers from vendor, erection hardware supply & services. Compute all costing/pricing and relevant details like taxes, duty, warranty & guarantee, payment terms, terms & conditions for internal validation and approval. Tender support to sales and provide follow-up on commercial and technical clarifications. Prepareprequalification document like project schedule, organization chart etc. for BID’s. Negotiate with suppliers on commercial aspects of product and attend tech-commercial meetings.
