Developing rapid mass spectrometry based detection schemes for foodborne pathogens.Responsibilities• Plan and conduct research experiments according to industry specifications• Conduct risk assessments for the experiments performed• Maintain instrument calibrations records, data records and analysing data obtained using statistical chemometric data analysis softwares such SIMCA and MetaboAnlayst• Delivering quarterly milestone reports and presenting the research findings to the industry• Publish major research findings in scientific journals and conferences
