A journey brimming with soaring successes, occasional setbacks and the ever-present flame to keep pushing the boundaries defines the life of Snehal Karia, a serial entrepreneur who finds unfilled niches and concentrates in the business & social areas where his passions lie. Having started his first business 25 years ago immediately after graduating from university, Snehal, along with his family members (directors of various companies) tried his hand in several businesses, right from hardware equipment, software training & data processing, software Development & ERP solutions to immigration services, and a Mexican restaurant as well. What truly gave him the big break was establishing and managing the national UCMAS franchise networks, initially in Canada and then later in India, USA and Mexico as well. As the CEO of the world’s largest abacus & mental arithmetic franchise network in India, Snehal manages a network of close to 2,000 franchises and more than 200,000 students being trained nationwide. With his extensive experience in the UCMAS program, Snehal also shares his insights in research activities concerned with child development and brain stimulation. He also voluntarily mentors businesses worldwide in setting up ventures related to education, especially focused on abacus & mental arithmetic. His big plans and upcoming activities include getting more & more involved into global operations of his ventures and actively contributing to society through several uplifting endeavors. Snehal owes his successes to his family members without whose support these would never have been possible and also to his employees and various associates whose constant support, motivation, and inspiration drives him to achieve more.
