 Working as Manager cum Trainer for Central Government project “e-NAM”-with project strategic partner NFCL. Vision & Mission of project: National Agriculture Market (eNAM) is a pan-India electronic trading portal which networks the existing APMC mandis to create a unified national market for agricultural commodities. Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium (SFAC) is the lead agency for implementing eNAM under the aegis of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Government of India. VisionTo promote uniformity in agriculture marketing by streamlining of procedures across the integrated markets, removing information asymmetry between buyers and sellers and promoting real time price discovery based on actual demand and supply. MissionIntegration of APMCs across the country through a common online market platform to facilitate pan-India trade in agriculture commodities, providing better price discovery through transparent auction process based on quality of produce along with timely online payment. Key Responsibility1. Daily Coordinate and reporting to GSAMB(GUJARAT STATE AGRICULTURAL MARKETING BOARD) and Reporting Manager.2. Monitoring of CM Dashboard,e-NAM project with APMC and staff3. Evaluate and judge the daily reports.4. Attend weekly meeting and upgrade to govt authority for status of eNAM progress5. Conduct the training session and train to farmers,traders APMC staff and govt employees6. Record the assessment decision.7. Provide feedback to the State Govt and State coordinator on daily basis.8. Complete all documentation of Mandi Analyst which is deployed inAPMC9. Regularly review the progress report and update to higher authority 10.prepare road map to visit all e-NAM connected APMC 11. Arrange training session as per requirement and train them with pre and post training activity.12. Co ordinate with IT team for sortout system and server related queries from APMC
