Prior to Pristyn Care, was working as Senior Business Manager in a Gujarat based start-up, RasoiShop Ventures Pvt. Ltd. since Jul-2018. I have been directly working with the company's founder and promoter in developing firm's strategy & planning primarily financial and operational. Being a start-up in consumer goods retail, I got a lot of opportunities here to directly interact with the customers, understand their perspective towards company strategies, their needs & demands and then develop financial strategies on the basis of their feedback. I also got to manage the firm's operations to maintain proper stock of products at different stores by analysing the sales, competition, customer profile of the area and assuring the proper dispatch of products to stores at appropriate time co-ordinating with the marketing team.Prior to this, I was working as an Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC for 1 year and 4 months since Apr-17 with a demonstrated history of working on sector specific M&A transactions. I was aligned with the UK infrastructure and real estate team helping senior bankers in financial modelling, benchmarking and preparing pitchbooks. I also got opportunity to work on 2 live deals which helped me understand client perspective over a deal as well. I gained strong understanding of business and strategy development with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode where my majors were finance and strategy. During my 2 years at IIMK I also completed CFA level-1 certification. I also have good knowledge and understanding of technology as well with 2 years of experience as software engineer at Harman International where my main responsibility was to create software and integrate them with Harman manufactured audio infotainment devices to ease the end-user experience.I completed my bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering from NITK Surathkal in 2013.
