•Designed, developed and implemented SAP CPS for effective batch job scheduling for a client. Conducted and coordinated many cut off activities.•Liaised with client analysts on a weekly basis, gathering business requirements and application data to devise enhancement solutions, earning multiple client recommendations. •Led a team of three members from offshore to analyze user data and devise technology solutions to create custom scripts to generate automated reports which reduced effort by 100% over a period of 8 months.•Administered the Basis module via the SAP ERP for a client to allow efficient functioning of the customer relationship manager and business warehouse modules.•Developed and delivered the password reset tool that reduced the response time from 24 hours to less than a minute.•Analyzed current state of system and documented business requirements (BRD) through voice of the customer.•Pioneered a new methodology that accelerated the build time for various operation codes (processing units) aiding the subsequent cut off schedule. •Integrated and implemented an end-to-end process for assisting various developments across the modules of SAP for a client.
