Global Forecasting, Advance analytics & Business Planning aka GFAB in Global Capacity & Contact Management My responsibility is to provide overall contact demand of customers (Short term & Long term) for US Banking business by using Quantitive & Qualitative methods which includes analysing various aspects of customer behaviour and sharing insight to senior management.

Global Financial Operations• BAU Responsibilities: Performing R&C on the card member remittances received at American Express bank accounts.• Analysis: Analyzing the balances and forecasting the trend for every month close.• Audit: POC for internal Auditors team for remittance capturing. Internal governance and compliance check for various operational activities performed by the operational team and ensuring that they are accordance with American Express finance policy.• Updates: Preparation of monthly trackers and governance deck for Leadership and Stakeholder updates to ensure progress on departmental goals and KPI's.• Projects: 6+ years of experience in project handling. Spearheaded multiple projects, communicated with upper management on requirements, issues and progress. Connected with, coached, and coordinated project colleagues, consistence with deadlines.• Automation: Re-designed multiple manual process with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency & effort reduction in collaboration with internal developers.

Global Financial Operations - Card & Merchant Accounting and Control• Doing research and clearance for bank accounts, suspense & clearance accounts & UI accounts for EMEA market to clear the open items. Responsible for examination and finding out the reason in variance in Bank accounts of American Express EMEA region and providing the remedies for clearance of the same.• Accountable for independently managing the month end activities for EMEA region which includes finalization of regional accounts with correct status, publishing the final status of accounts and monitoring the unusual slippage of any value so that necessary actions can be taken within timelines. • Maintenance of the team trackers to resolve issues post implementation of the project. Supervision of the accounting posted by the individuals responsible for posting in the team and other related processes.• Booking of front end accounting on weekly basis on the basis of logs updated by the front end team.• Preparation of the training plan for the new joiners in the team and providing them with on the job training and also conducting separate training sessions for them.• To assist the team leader in the various activities and preparing strategies for increasing the efficiency and productivity of the team
