Identified potential clients, and clarified entry barrier, risks and policy incentives. Engaged diverse stakeholders for consultation and participatory research, managed relationship with government officials, civil society organisations, rural and urban local bodies, community-based organisations and research institutes on diverse research and consulting assignments.Led the strategic partnership with World Resources Institute (WRI) to help initiate Open Climate Network (OCN), a transnational climate policy research network headquartered at WRI office, Washington, DC. Developed the methodology and framework for climate policy implementation assessment through pilot studies in India. Made substantial contribution in developing the methodology for identifying and assessing sustainable development co-benefits. Represented organisation (IFMR), and shared inputs in International Workshop on Open Climate Network Operations, 14-16 September 2011, World Resources Institute (WRI), Washington, DC.Served as Project Manager for the implementation of an action-research project on mitigating climate change and managing public health hazard by reducing Black Carbon emissions from urban transport, funded by Harvard John F.
