Responsible for managing the club & seeing that the operational work of the club running smoothly. Counsel the new & existing clients and help them to achieve & set their fitness goals. Manage the training staff in order to active the business goals. Organize events for the club to increase the gym member’s engagement & promote the club doing outdoor events & boot camps. Motivate trainers to increase their efficiency and client conversion skills.
