• Calculating bearing loads, rating and fatigue life (all types of bearings Viz. Ball, Roller, Taper, etc.) according to ISO 16281:2008 standards with different Lubrication properties.
• Gear and shaft Load calculations under different operating conditions and different center meshing distances.
• Connection, data extraction of existing online simulation tools (SKF-Bearing Select, XML files) with the current software using Windev
• Development of unit tests and test suite for verification of the individual functionality and overall quality management of software
• Training application engineers to use the software and assist in development of application models for customers and fixing software issues.

• Research Project: “Diagnostic modeling of XPI (Extreme Pressure Injection) fuel injection system of 13 Litre 450 Hp Scania heavy duty diesel engine”. Key Contributions:
• Developed a Artificial Intelligence system model to find the faulty component and corresponding failure mechanism, in the fuel injection system.
• Conducted cost analysis for each component repair and proposal of recommended actions for fault tests based on results of diagnostic model and lowest possible expected cost.
• Conducted Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) for each component inside fuel supply system and their influence on ECU diagnostic codes.
• Generated a statistical database for failure rates, mechanisms and respective physical behaviour of truck and Engine control unit (ECU) for each component inside fuel supply system.
