I'm working on an award winning (Рунет 2020 "Технологии и Инновации") open source payment platform, written in Erlang and Java.I'm Team Lead of Erlang developers (10 developers), our team develops core microservices for payment platform with Erlang (and a bit of C) and uses riak as backed database.Organizational achievements:- erlang team grown twice since 2019- internal development was rebuild and optimised for remote work without control and efficiency loss - took active participation in establishing new directions for development: open sourcing our platform and creating vendor solutions- new employee grade system and performance review with transparent promotion system was developed and deployed in IT department Techical achievements:- riak was upgraded from 2.2.3 to 2.9.7, prepared riak 3.0.9 images for future releases- all core services upgraded from custom docker images with Erlang 19 to official Erlang 24 images- all core services was moved to kubernetes from custom solution- various performance improvements across all core services - various business features added- a number of PRs to open source projects (Erlang/OTP, Erlang libraries, Apache Thrift) was accepted with bug fixes and new features
