Oversee production operations on East Texas gas fields (Cotton Valley, Travis Peak, Pettet) of 1400+ wells producing 18,000+ BOED• Work as part of multi-discipline team to plan and execute 48 well recompletion program in 2016/2017• Design and Oversight of Field Development, Workovers, Re-completions, and Production Operation• Monitor production by evaluating fluctuations compared to the Plan goals• Prepare yearly production budget and forecast• Convert artificial lift on multiple wells to reduce LOE costs and make wells economic• Prepare cost estimates, economic evaluation and compose operational proposal for AFE proposal• Monitor and track all costs related to workover projects• Provided updates to management on all workover and re-completion activities

Coordinate Asset Development - Eagle Ford Shale - Lead the Asset Team in order to propose, evaluate, prioritize, and prepare new drilling locations - Work with the development planning group to develop and maintain a field development plan consistent with overall strategy - Ensure all land and regulatory needs are met - Work with the surface engineering and construction groups to ensure that surface development and construction is optimized - Work with gas marketing to insure pipeline capacity - Coordinate with production engineering group to ensure production is maximized - Communicate development strategy to field - Work with completions group to insure well completions are efficient and properly designed - Coordinate drilling schedule to optimize asset development - Facilitate weekly team drilling schedule meetings with all other groups present

Review well production for best solution, work over opportunities, stimulation, plug and abandon. Prepare AFE and write operation proposal.

• Team lead for successful 12 well drilling program in 2009 and 17 well program in 2010 for South Carthage field, primarily Cotton Valley vertica wells.• Identify new opportunities to add value by increasing production, reserves and inventory through ongoing well reviews, quarterly Project Performance Reviews, team interaction and field studies• Maintain PEEP cases for monthly production, capital forecasting, budgeting, reserve determination and economic analysis purposes• Prepare look back for annual asset review covering economic metrics, key reservoir issues and characterize remaining inventory• Update and implement model and macros used for wellbore utility analysis• Prepare economic analysis and manage capital expenditures in workovers, recompletions, equipment upgrades, lease operating expenses and completions for multiple areas• Conduct study on decreased well spacing to identify issues with interference and generate new well locations

• Assist geologists, geophysicist and reservoir engineers in data gathering, prospect risking, estimating initial rates and reserve size potential• Maintain Exploration Team prospect inventory lists, Exploration databases and other projects with the latest RE and Economic data• Maintain PEEP database for budget and look back purposes• Prepare case sensitivity runs for prospect economic• Interface with Planning and Reserves department for budget rollups and capital reserve add estimates, maintaining both as current as possible
