I managed terminal operations with $7M in annual revenue, 55 owner/operators and a staff of 6. Also supported management of supply chain for customers such as Costco and IKEA by negotiating service contracts and ensuring on-time delivery performance was met and exceeded customer standards. This included managing the relationship with our company’s 3rd.

Baltimore, Maryland Area

Was responsible for an operation with $3M in annual revenue. Managed 5 employees and 40 owner/operators in our efforts to service customers, track and trace shipments, deliver freight on time and ensure the continued growth of the terminal. During my tenure I furthered relationships with existing customers like Starbucks, while procuring new opportunities.

Elwood, IL

In this role I managed the everyday operation including the tracking and tracing of 5,000 monthly freight shipments, fielding customer inquiries and providing daily customer reports for Dole, Pacer Logistics and the US Government among other customer requirements. This included managing a staff of 5 along with 90 contractors to ensure that company.
