Furthermore, I was responsible for the documentation of the designing stages of the system and communicating system changes to all the stakeholders of the project including the external development team.Achievements : Successfully completing and implementing the workflow system within the budget and time. Responsible for testing the system including preparing UAT reports and training the users as well as preparing customized user manuals. Improving the existing credit application process by parallel processing/image processing. As a result, reduced the application processing time from five working days to one day.
