My responsibilities included generating five posts per day, seven days a week, over Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and frequent posts on YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok (our handle for all these channels is dhynj). I use Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects and other applications from Creative Cloud to produce our content or to include our branding on manufacturer supplied content. I also provide content for our website DHY.comI also provide all network administration and support including remote access. Additional projects within the past five years included: - Migrate dealer management system to Lightspeed EVO. - Acquire and implement Dealer Performance 360 CRM. - Migrate from Merlin phone system to Polycorp IP network with multi-zone paging through Vonage. - Implemented and maintained Mailchimp email marketing. - Implemented and maintained Captivated Texting/MMS system. - Migrate and rebrand DHY.com as well as other company websites. - Implemented and maintained a broadcast network over six sixty-inch monitors positioned throughout the store and includes MotoTV.

Designed, installed and maintained a 30-server data center including power conditioning and environmental issues. I maintained and upgraded all MS Exchange 2003, MS SQL 2005, AD, DNS, Terminal Server, BES, Kodak Prinergy, Prinergy Insite, IIS and FTP servers. Generated all nightly backup scripts throughout the enterprise as well as providing disaster recovery and offsite rotation of SDLT cartridges. I provided support and custom reports from our ERP system to senior management and clients as required. Responsible for all network security from both internal and external threats, developing and enforcing policy, maintaining user/group permissions, monitoring firewall logs and managing employee and partner VPN access. Worked directly with clients to solve production and technological issues; always looking to identify opportunities to match client needs with our product base.

Commercial printing and packaging company specializing in custom dimensional packaging and fine art reproduction for museums and galleries including; National Gallery of Art, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Museum of Modern Art, Philadelphia Art Museum and Sotheby’s. Key Projects and Achievements:- Account representative for technically advanced customers- Implemented an EFI-PSI MIS system with estimating, planning, purchasing, data collection, shipping, billing and accounting modules. Completed the implementation on budget and 3 months ahead of schedule.- Lead Implementer in an ISO 9002 Quality System from scratch. Lead a team of operational managers in writing the quality system, documenting procedures throughout the plant, establishing all quality documents, auditing quality vendors and processing all corrective/preventive action reports.- Managed the remodeling of 70,000 square feet of production and administrative space including all ancillary systems such as low and high pressure air systems, press pad foundations, electrical systems, HVAC, darkroom, security, LAN, phone and warehouse rack system.- Generated and maintained corporate website presence- Established a postscript prepress department in 1988 drastically reducing costs and turn-around time in electronic pre-press.
