 Supervision and coordination of implementation team; Design overall project strategy in coordination with team leader and strategic manager; review of specific intervention strategies in accordance with new developments and Market System Development (MSD) methodology Supervision, review and approval of sector analyses, interventions and activities Coordination of all project activities Close cooperation and communication with project partners: official institutions, municipalities and private sector representatives Participation in the process of project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in cooperation with result measurement advisor;

The Private Sector Development South Serbia Programme will contribute to increased income and employment opportunities for the population, especially young people and women, of 90 (out of 167) Serbian municipalities. This will be mainly achieved by reorienting training and skills development to the demand of the private sector and promoting efficient and functional cooperation among relevant actors of the Furniture/wood and Horticulture sectors.Furthermore, the programme proposed the measures for enabling the environment for inclusive private sector development in Serbia.Intervention manager tasks:-Performing analyses of specific sectors with the aim of creating long-term, sustainable systemic change in markets that are essential to a large number of people as a source of employment and income-Preparing market reports and intervention strategies; Design and implementation of systemic interventions that could support further development of the private sector by influencing on the main challenges (root causes) of the market-Identification and selection of private sector partners in line with economic criteria; Facilitation of all relevant stakeholders at local, regional and national level in order to ensure the scale up as well as crowding in into interventions; Initiating and facilitating private – public dialogue and partnership with purpose of creating systemic change on the market-Monitoring and result measurements of intervention outputs (The intervention Wood processing companies have improved access to a skilled workforce has contributed to the systemic changes in the education system and introduction of the dual education in Serbia) -Contributing to the overall project performance
