Current• Act as the face of the club by accepting and directing phone calls, email, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.• Provide the Unit and Childcare Director with support, including but not limited to email, phone calls, filing, calendar management, etc.• Responsible for the supply order and distribution, maintenance and use of office equipment, and mail distribution. • Additional duties as needed to facilitate office business functions.• Collection and implementation… Show more • Act as the face of the club by accepting and directing phone calls, email, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.• Provide the Unit and Childcare Director with support, including but not limited to email, phone calls, filing, calendar management, etc.• Responsible for the supply order and distribution, maintenance and use of office equipment, and mail distribution. • Additional duties as needed to facilitate office business functions.• Collection and implementation of Purchase of Care Fees & accurate tracking and maintenance of Club billing system.• Utilize the organizations data collection systems, including MyClubHub• Collect and verify data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis to prepare internal and external documents such as but not limited to monthly statistical reports.• Assist members of the management team in responding to requests for information, outcomes, etc.• Track Purchase orders, check requests, spending and receiptcollection.• Maintain club member files according to Office of Child Care Licensing regulations.• Prepare, type, send correspondence, mailings, letters, reports in a confidential manner for the unit director or other management as directed.• Update sign in and sign out sheets for visitors/parents & club members• Present a professional demeanor and positive, cooperative attitude with employees, volunteers, supporters, and board members.• Protect confidential information and communications• Within the scope of your responsibilities, make decisions and address problems/concerns in a timely and professional manner.
