• Migrated team from an unorganized collection of tools to Team Foundation Server reducing the overall maintenance burden, promoting regulatory transparency, and providing a centralized collaboration and development platform.• Led a successful reorganization effort of the team’s source code repository with the primary goals of promoting standardization, reducing build failures, decreasing repository bloat, and establishing a foundation for implementing a continuous integration system.• Implemented a continuous integration system for ILUMAVision using CruiseControl.NET and other open source tools.
