- Organization co-founder and board member. Its mission to enhance public space in communities across metro Atlanta and beyond. It is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) public charity.- Administrative responsibilities include program strategy, team and volunteer management, fundraising, finance, governance, and partnerships. Creative responsibilities include project strategy, product design, research, and marketing.- Over a dozen projects were completed including custom-designed playgrounds, bus stop shelters, art pavilions, tactical asphalt art spaces, and others. Influenced multiple changes to City of Atlanta ordinances and adopted legislation that impacted the goals of building a livable city.

Past business relationships include MARTA, the City of Atlanta, Georgia Tech, The Rounds, EMPOWRD, Swiftstay, Homegrown, and Investrio. - Deliverables included user experience research and design for marketing websites, email campaigns, branding design, packaging, data visualizations, 3d visualizations, UX audits, and prototypes.Key Accomplishments- Helped The Rounds (formerly known as Mlkmn) with pre-launch UX design of their service prior to them securing seed rounds and expansion from Philadelphia to Atlanta, DC, and Miami.

- Oversee design strategy for up to 15 scrum teams ranging from ordering, loyalty, and payments to the company’s enterprise management system for both merchant and consumer-facing products.- Mentor designers and engineers, interview and hire for open roles, and develop team processes for design and research operations, including agile documentation.- A committee lead for Revel’sinternship and Hackathon programs and led the role by facilitating onboarding workshops for new collaborative tools such as Miro across the product department. - Principal designer for the company’s Point-Of-Sale (POS) and Kitchen Display System (KDS).- Co-creator and process facilitator of the UXroadmap, which is a key input for the company’s product roadmap. Also a primary contact for company executives, directors, and consultants on the topic of user experience and defining product initiatives.Key AccomplishmentsRecent team accomplishments in 2022 helped to raise NPS by +22, and helped grow Revel’s business by over 1,500+ new locations with a committed ARR growth of $1.3m.Promoted within eight months. Received Revel’s GEM Emerald Award given to the top 5% of performers. Recognized for design success in speed of use and usability for Conversational Ordering.Designed Revel’s unified Order Management System (OMS) for Drive-Thru, Curbside Pickup, Catering, and other job views. 840 establishments were onboarded in Revel’s Early Adopter Program to test and utilize the drive-thru order queue. Three months after launch they fulfilled over 7 million orders.

Roles & Responsibilities- Consultant role focused on UX strategy & design, planning for product scalability, and providing community advocacy insights to increase feature adoption.- Introduced a design system that componentized the UI so its parts are reusable, allowing design to focus on user experience instead of creating building blocks. This also helped with better handoff between design and development.- Optimized the onboarding user experience for new users to make it simpler and quicker while mitigating sign-ups dropping off.Key Accomplishments- Contributions helped Empowrd to increase user retention by 37% and secure the business of two new municipalities in the State of Georgia.

- Both a contributor focused on design strategy and a manager responsible for hiring graphic and digital designers and helping them grow as professionals.- Tasked with designing client websites, landing pages, emails, and other print / digital assets. Some of my clients included The Salvation Army, Phoenix Rescue Mission, and Atlanta Mission. One & All is the result of a merger between employer Grizzard and Russ Reid.Key Accomplishments - In 2018, key contributions in user experience and fundraising strategy helped The Salvation Army of Georgia increase their total contributions by 15%, new donors by 18%, and new donor average gifts by 73%.

A digital format, independent music magazine founded in November 2014 that converges my deep interests in music with my graphic design skills in a compelling publication that is free to all. Primary responsibilities include: coordination and curation of written content by a dozen different volunteers, writing, and single-handedly managing the art direction, graphic design, and interfacing with advertising clients.

Primary responsibilities included sales and conversion of new subscribers for the company, customer service, technical support, training new associates on new cellular technology, product demonstrations for customers, stocking, and organization of the sales floor. Top performer in accessory sales and consistently hitting sales targets in all metrics. Designed media for the local store and manager sales promotions. Held the responsibility of key holder on many occasions for each store location.

Primary responsibilities included sales, customer service, attaching additional services and accessories to consumer products, and product demonstrations. Responsibilities also included stocking the sales floor, cleaning, and the reorganization of sales displays. Cellular service and sales were provided through all the major carriers. I consistently achieved the top salesperson recognition at each of my store locations.

Skills were utilized on a number of competitions based in Africa, Europe and Australia. Responsibilities included 3d modeling, rendering, photoshop and presentation diagrams and drawings, publication design, photography, handcrafted model making, cad drafting, translations, precedent research, developing layout and design parameters for expositions, and participation on case study projects.

Part-time work with studio professor during my time at the University of Cincinnati. Assisted with drafting, modeling, construction, casework & project installation. Specific projects included remodeling and construction of a child’s bedroom, and construction of a studio space.

During the first internship period, the duties included cad drafting, 3d modeling, presentation renderings and diagrams, site photography, precedent research, and compiling design guidelines. To improve upon the first experience, a more direct role was taken with design and presentations during the second internship period. Presentations and perspective renderings were developed using the rendering software Maxwell. Contributions helped the team claim commissions for additional multi-use development and a restaurant in California.

Spent the summer learning and participating in new concrete construction of homes in the Miami Beach area. Duties included clearance work of the site, installing reinforced steel bars and framing for cast in-place concrete structures.
