Leading the development of Luet, an AI-powered wearable device designed to enhance children’s language environments. As part of the executive leadership team and now the product lead, I have played a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, design, and manufacturing of Luet.Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through to production and launch, while managing a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and compliance experts.

Directed the entire product lifecycle, overseeing the development of the initial versions of Luet and its mobile applications. Managed a diverse team while handling a broad range of responsibilities, including hardware sourcing, manufacturing, compliance, and user experience testing, ensuring the product met all standards for quality and safety.

• Conceptualized and contributed to an edited book “The Scale-up Effect in Early Childhood and Public Policy” to advance Director’s research on threats to scaling evidence-based programs as part of Griffin Applied Economics Incubator. • Reviewed and provided chapter feedback to 20+ contributors from fields such as health, economics, education, early childhood, etc.

• Provided strategic thought partnership to TMW Center Director, spearheaded and advanced several high-impact projects.• Conceptualized and led the execution of TMW Center’s first convening “Leveraging the Healthcare System to Impact Educational Disparities” attended by over 130 researchers, practitioners, and policymakers.• Spearheaded Center-wide professional development workshop series on project management, goal setting, managing up and across, etc.

Collaborated with Model Districts Education Project, an initiative of the Earth Institute at Columbia University, to replicate the UNSDSN & Pratham pilot Virtual Open Schools program in public schools of Telangana.

Virtual Open Schools was a joint initiative by Pratham and the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) that aimed to develop and test a scalable and replicable model for delivering quality education to secondary school students in geographically remote parts of India. I was one of the four founding team members and wore multiple hats - I helped design the program, led its on ground implementation and software development work, worked with our curriculum development team and field staff to deliver the content. I also partnered with Pratham's State teams to refine the program's implementation strategy and worked on partnerships to implement the program in five locations in Rajasthan, and later at fifteen schools in Telangana.

Pardada Pardadi Education Society works on holistic rural development through social and economic empowerment of women and girls in Western Uttar Pradesh. PPES provides free education, job opportunities, healthcare, and livelihood enhancement for girls and women from the marginalized sections of society and enables them to break out of the cycle of poverty.

I was a consultant on the School Excellence Programme, a public-private partnership between Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, McKinsey, UNICEF, Kaivalya Education Foundation, and Naandi. I provided coaching and on-ground support to school principals in strengthening their leadership skills in four areas: instructional leadership, organizational change management, community engagement and self-awareness.
