1. Talent Acquisition: I have managed the talent acquisition procedure of interns in the organisation for the roles of HR, Business Development and Digital Marketing. Coordinated with the Placement Cell of colleges, sourced candidates, shortlisted the CVs and conducted telephonic interview for around 100 candidates, rolled out offer letter to selected candidates. I was also actively involved in the induction of Business Development Interns.2. Team Management: I have successfully managed a team of Business Development Interns. I assigned them with tasks, guided them as well as handled their queries as an when required. I served as a bridge between the top management and the interns. I also gave them tips on interpersonal values to help them on the professional forefront. I supervised the work of my team members, suggesting them improvisations whenever required.
