I have 23 years of experience of working with rural and urban communities to enhance access to their rights and entitlements from Government programs and schemes. Out of 23 years, more than 15 years I was in senior management positions, where my key responsibilities were to design programs to strengthen communities, affected groups and their organizations, liaison with Government departments and other stakeholders including healthcare service providers, associations of medical professionals, and NGOs. I have long experience of managing multilingual, multi-disciplinary teams. As Director of multistate projects for elimination of Pediatric HIV, budget building and control as well as reporting to stakeholders including international and national donors and organization’s board was among the key responsibilities. My natural affinity for data was strengthened by academic studies at graduate and post graduate level in Economics, Mathematics and Statistics. I have also done degree and certificate courses in Applied Psychology and Public Health.I am excellent in WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and managing Programme MIS. I have worked with software professionals to develop project specific evolving MIS. I am a result oriented professional with excellent communication skills and strong commitment to organizational goals as well as to client satisfaction by providing high-quality service delivery in all projects undertaken. A team player who also works efficiently independently; self motivated, hardworking, quick learner who is open to new challenges on a daily basis and with a strong background of Program Management in development field for Non-Governmental Organizations NGOs programs.
