Business Development and Relationship Management for Russia/CIS.

Regional Representative for Issuer Services Business. Responsible for relationship-based client support across a number of industries for ADR/GDR, while serving as the main contact person.- Act as one of the main point of contact for Russia/CIS clients- Help main office with local market intelegence

• Account manager of key relationship clients in the region (30 accounts, including state-owned banks, central banks, foreign institutions): KYC/Due Diligence, daily issues.• Presentations/analytics • Consulting of existing clients and prospects on products and services of the bank• Coordination of issues between clients and other departments of the bank: Corporate Trust, Asset Servicing, Depository Receipts, Broker-Dealer Services. • Participation in meetings/negotiations with clients, support in organization of meetings, conferences, and seminars• Support to CIS clients (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, and Uzbekistan) in solving daily issues related to treasury services: funds transfer investigations, FX investigations, FT/FX payments, LC, AML. Coordination of processes between correspondent departments of the bank• Coordination of conference calls with clients and other lines of business of the bank. Translation support• Conduct meetings with clients.
