As part of my final project I had the opportunity to Iead a project to reduce the rate of employee turnover and increase the existing productivity in a boutique farm for growing medical cannabis, while assembly the standards set by the Medical Cannabis Unit in Israel.

A Human Resources company, in charge of foreigner employees in Israel. During my work I oversaw recruitment and management of the employees, in several locations throughout the day, over 200 people. My job included monthly paychecks, issuing receipts, price estimations for customers, Providing solutions to the clients, suppliers and to the employee’s needs.
