● Planning & Control: Working with finance, sales, service & R&D executives on demands forecasts. Leading cost reduction projects and ongoing cost increase avoidance. One of these projects led to 37% reduction in our recurring product.● Processes and information systems – continuous process improvement, focal point for design and information systems changes. Strong analytical skills and understanding of business processes and their translation to required digital implementation.
